Duties and Responsibilities
- To meet with clients in sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge.
- To thoroughly understand the products they are responsible to promote.
- To develop a good understanding of competitors’ products, to see what else is on offer for clients and in particular to know what new, innovative products are in market.
- To identify potential clients (such as in particular territory or segment) and develop relationship with them.
- To develop good after-sales relationship with clients which can lead to another sale, perhaps repeat business or new recommendation.
- to monitor sales process including timely follow up with purchasers, solicitors and end financiers.
- To maintain proper records of completed sales and update into developer system with any new information
- To work with the Marketing Communication team to collaboratively create successful sales campaigns.
- To ensure that all sales galleries are tidy and presentable with all necessary product materials.
- Check that all equipment in the sales galleries is functioning correctly, reporting any problems through the appropriate channels.
- To achieve sales target and KPIs.
- To implement all policies , activities, procedures, instructions which relevant and required by the quality management system.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Candidate with at least Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/ Management/ Marketing/ or equivalent.
Experience:
- Candidate with at least 3 years of related experience, preferably in property development environment.
- Fresh graduates will be considered for entry level position.
Skills:
- Candidate must possess sound knowledge of the property market, local and overseas.
- Candidate must possess good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills necessary for interaction with internal and external parties.
- Candidate must possess good online and offline presentation and negotiation skills.
- Candidate must be familiar with IFCA system.
- Candidate must be proficient in English both oral and written.
- Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills.

Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience and possesses knowledge in basic web programming, web design, e-Commerce, and Open Source Content Management System (CMS).
Skills:
- Good command in spoken and written communication both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well-versed with IT software and agile development environment.
- A proactive personality to keep up with new technologies, applications, and environment.
Others:
- Highly collaborative to work as a team & self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good work ethics.
