Duties and Responsibilities
- To assist with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
- To support the installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
- To conduct basic network administration tasks.
- To assist in managing and updating IT documentation and inventory.
- To assist and support in execution of IT projects and initiatives.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
- Undertake any or all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Candidate who is pursuing Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT programming or equivalent
- Minimum 3 months of internship period.
Experience:
- Candidate must possess basic knowledge of IT systems, networks and software.
Skills:
- Candidate with familiarity in Microsoft Office suite, programming language such as Java, SQL, JSON will have an added advantage.
- Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills..
Others:
- Candidate must be able to multi-task, well-organized, resourceful and demostrate positive attitude.
- Candidate must be highly collaborative to work as a team and self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
