Duties and Responsibilities
- To assist in preparation and improvement of Standard Operation Procedures.
- To assist in preparation of handover of vacant possession to customer.
- To attend and handle all customer/ purchaser’s complaints/ enquiries and ensure all enquiries and complaints are resolved.
- To coordinate all matters related to customer relationship management.
- To conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey and analyze feedbacks
- To deliver and maintain high level of quality customer service.
- To work effectively with others to ensure all customer interactions and transactions are processed in a timely manner and customers receive effective communication.
- To maintain accurate property/tenant information by utilizing company software.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Candidate with at least Diploma in Business Administration/ Mass Communication/ Public Relations/ Marketing or any other related qualifications.
Skills:
- Candidate who possesses good command of written and spoken English, additional language Mandarin is encouraged.
- Candidate who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and able interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
- Candidate who is computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Candidate must possess good public relations and customer service experience.
- Candidate who is to identify customer service issues and address the issues tactfully.
Others:
- Candidate must be resourceful and details oriented.
- Candidate must be highly collaborative to work as a team and self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Candidate must be able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience and possesses knowledge in basic web programming, web design, e-Commerce, and Open Source Content Management System (CMS).
Skills:
- Good command in spoken and written communication both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well-versed with IT software and agile development environment.
- A proactive personality to keep up with new technologies, applications, and environment.
Others:
- Highly collaborative to work as a team & self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good work ethics.
