Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain an accurate filling system for contract documents
  • To circulate documents for approval and signatures, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • To schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • To Assist in updating and maintaining contract logs and records accurately.
  • To support the team with document preparation and correspondence.
  • To Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documents.
  • To perform general administrative tasks assigned by the division. 
  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Requirements

Qualification:

  • Candidate with at least SPM/Diploma in Contract Management or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Candidate with at least one (1) year of administrative experience, preferable in property development and construction environment of related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

  • Candidate who possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Candidate who possesses good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Candidate who possesses computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Candidate who has attention to details.
Others:

  • Candidate must be meticulous, highly organized and proactive.
  • Candidate must be highly collaborative to work as a team and self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.






 

Requirements

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience and possesses knowledge in basic web programming, web design, e-Commerce, and Open Source Content Management System (CMS).
Skills:
  • Good command in spoken and written communication both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Well-versed with IT software and agile development environment.
  • A proactive personality to keep up with new technologies, applications, and environment.
Others:
  • Highly collaborative to work as a team & self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good work ethics.
