Duties and Responsibilities
- To assist the manager in implementing the corporate communications strategies, programs, and events, both internal and external, that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
- To handle copywriting, editing and proofreading of all assigned materials, such as press releases, reports, speeches, marketing colleterals, etc.
- To carry out the publicity and media related activities, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- To handle Aspen’s social media pages ( Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- To keep abreast of current communication trends amongst industry players.
- To manage and update the corporate website.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Candidate with at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/Public Relation or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in property development industry.
Skills:
- Candidate with good interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and other local dialects.
- Candidate who able to manage officiial launches, branding events and other related activities.
- Candidate who can conduct research and proofreading skills to ensure all materials are high-quality and accurate.
- Candidate who is computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.
Others:
- Candidate must highly collaborative to work as a team and self-motivated to work independently.
- Candidate must be able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment to meet the deadlines.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience and possesses knowledge in basic web programming, web design, e-Commerce, and Open Source Content Management System (CMS).
Skills:
- Good command in spoken and written communication both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well-versed with IT software and agile development environment.
- A proactive personality to keep up with new technologies, applications, and environment.
Others:
- Highly collaborative to work as a team & self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good work ethics.
