Duties and Responsibilities

  • To assist in preparation and improvement of Standard Operation Procedures.
  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
  • To assist in preparation of handover of vacant possession to customer.
  • To attend and handle all customer/ purchaser’s complaints/ enquiries and ensure all enquiries and complaints are resolved.
  • To coordinate all matters related to customer relationship management.
  • To conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey and analyze feedbacks.
  • To deliver and maintain high level of quality customer service.
  • To work effectively with others to ensure all customer interactions and transactions are processed in a timely manner and customers receive effective communication.
  • Utilize company software to maintain accurate property/tenant information.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Requirements

Qualification:

  • Candidate with at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/ Mass Communication/ Public Relations/ Marketing or any other related qualifications.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the property construction environment.

Skills:

  • Possess good command of written and spoken English, additional language Chinese is encouraged.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and is able to interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent public relations and customer service experience.
  • Able to identify customer service issues and address the issues tactfully.

  • Resourceful and details oriented.
  • Highly collaborative to work as a team and self-motivated to work independently.
  • Able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience and possesses knowledge in basic web programming, web design, e-Commerce, and Open Source Content Management System (CMS).
Skills:
  • Good command in spoken and written communication both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Well-versed with IT software and agile development environment.
  • A proactive personality to keep up with new technologies, applications, and environment.
Others:
  • Highly collaborative to work as a team & self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good work ethics.
